Eligibility Criteria: Low to medium risk only (urgent/crisis referrals not appropriate - upgrades can take a number of weeks to be completed for accepted referrals). Women only, who have/are experiencing Family Violence.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible young people need to be homeless or at risk of homelessness aged between 12-21years.

Eligibility Criteria: Anyone can be a carer. Many people don’t see themselves as carers. They are just children, parents, partners or friends who care for someone close to them.

Eligibility Criteria: a child or young person up to and including 18 years of age; • the child is affected by or showing early signs of mental illness. • accompanied by a family member or significant adult willing to engage and work with the service or be a young person who has the consent of a parent or other responsible adult to participate in the service. • Address must be in catchment area – Palmerston/Litchfield, Katherine or Gunbalanya - okay if this is temporary address (i.e. in hospital, women’s shelter etc). Can accept 10% outside of catchment. • Children do not need a diagnosis. • Children can’t be in care of Territory Families/child protection system (as distinct from in contact with) or be restricted by their location such as in Youth Detention.

Eligibility Criteria: People aged 65 years and older and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over; who are at risk of, or experiencing, any type of abuse (financial, psychological/emotional, physical, and sexual).

Eligibility Criteria: • People with a severe and persistent mental illness • People not currently receiving services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
