Under the Pilot, TEWLS will provide free, holistic, wrap-around legal and migration assistance to women and persons identifying as women on temporary visas or with no visa who are experiencing domestic and family violence.

TEWLS will be able to provide legal information and referrals, legal advice, casework and representation (including court and tribunal) for migration and related family/civil law matters.
