Eligibility Criteria: Pregnant young women and young couples under 25 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria: The service is available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders aged over 50 years and non Indigenous clients aged over 65 years. Individuals are each assessed and prioritised for service. The service is available to those who live in: * Their own home * A rental property * An independent living unit

Eligibility Criteria: Living with mental illness or caring for someone living with mental illness. Living with a mental illness recovering from alcohol or drug addiction. Assisting people living in Palmerston and its rural suburbs. A referral form is required to be completed by the individual, GP, or other service provider.
