Larrakia Nation Intervention and Transport Service case management team provide case plans and on-going case management for long grass and the homeless for the Darwin and Palmerston areas and most often newly arrivals from remote communities who require our assistance. LITS assists clients with: proof of identification, centrelink income statement, current bank slips/bank statements, follow up with rental references, advocate on client's behalf for support letters, assist in accommodation, transport and medical services, assistance to "Return to Country", engage client and/or referral to other service providers.
