Sub-acute care program. Residential Support for individuals who are experiencing severe mental health concerns. Support is provided to rehabilitate and reintegrate into the community and move towards independent living. Includes meal preparation, attendance at appointments and social activities. Referrals for this support are only accepted from TEMHS.

Referrals only accepted from Top End Mental Health Services (TEMHS). This program is for people who live in the NT and have an allocated case manager from TEMHS. They must be willing to participate in the program and be between the ages of 18-64 years.
