Medium to long-term accommodation. Residential Support for individuals who are experiencing severe mental health concerns. Support is provided to apply for an NDIS package or to move towards independent living. Includes meal preparation, attendance at appointments and social activities. Referrals for this support are only accepted from Top End Mental Health Services (TEMHS).

Eligibility Criteria:
Referrals are accepted through TeamHEALTH services and are case managed during their stay. The program is for people who live in the NT and are experiencing mental health concerns. They do not require a high level of physical support/medical intervention and are aged between 18 - 64 years old. Must be willing to participate in the program.
Assessment Procedure:
• Participants referred by TEMHS.
• A Residential Coordinator assesses the person face to face or over the phone.
• Decision on acceptance advised to referrer with 24 hrs of the assessment being completed.
